At Mt Eliza Pottery Studio, Manuela offers a welcoming environment for all learning stages. Join us for a fun experience learning hand-building, sculpture, or even the potter's wheel.



Your Tutor



Manuela Ferstl is an Australian ceramic artist from the Mornington Peninsula with 40 years of teaching experience since her completion of a Bachelor of Arts degree in Ceramic Design. Manuela's quality craftsmanship has earned her a number of awards and exhibitions throughout the years in both Australia and overseas. Manuela specialises in Raku and limited edition functional ware and regularly fires in Mid-fire, Earthenware, and occasionally Stoneware. She is passionate about creating one-off sculptural forms and experimenting with surface textures and enjoys teaching others to embrace the joys of creating in clay.
